That's terrible. You'd have to spend a ton to de-rice that. Those seats and steering wheel! Really?

I'm betting that it was wrecked and the bags deployed. Replacing the wheel and seats with Spar-crap hides it from idiots.

I'd find another one that hasn't been molested.

The seats I'd keep honestly. Sparco single piece buckets are great for track use, and that is exactly what this would get used for; track days and autocross. I would also want it inspected before I bought it to make sure that it wasn't wrecked as you said, but that's all SOP for buying used.

let's see. Lowered. Then i would want new CV joints to replace the ones that have been running at angle for ever. Also, gimme new bump stops as they are probably shaved or beat to death. How much boost did they run before turning it down to sell it? New front tires? If they said new rear tires everyone would think of burnout abuse. So move fronts to back and get new fronts and no one thinks of abuse. If I want a mazdaspeed anything with a turbo anything, I stay away from anything modded...like a mid-00 WRX. mods or not adult owned and dealer maintained turbo car = stay away for me.
